Matthieu Ricard
hosted by Tony DuShane

Matthieu Ricard's book, "Happiness", isn't just another self help BS book. Ricard has studied Tibetan Buddhism for decades and left his comfortable life in Paris to become a monk.

What's great about "Happiness", well, Buddhism in general, is they don't cram it down your throat and unlike most Western self help books, monetary success isn't a high priority.

After having drinks (tea) with Ricard a small part of me wanted to see myself as a content Buddhist one day. Until then, I'll continue to work on just being a little less cynical.

These segments were stripped from the live broadcast and since Ricard is so engaging, I tried to stay out of his way as much as possible during the interview.
