Ned Vizzini became a literary rock star at an early age with his memoir "Teen Angst". Since then he has developed his craft further with the YA novels "Be More Chill" and "It's Kind of a Funny Story".

The later novel is a semi-autobiographical account of Ned's real depression and his time spent in a hospital to work through his depression.

"It's Kind of a Funny Story" was released on paperback on May 1st.

Even though billed as YA novels, Ned's books resonate easily with adult themes and readers.
